This post is about positivity journal prompts.
Tomorrow is my 36th birthday, and I am hosting a BBQ, which for someone who struggles with anxiety the way I do, is genuinely a big deal.
I ruminate. A LOT.
I have spent more hours than I care to admit looking in the rearview mirror of my life, replaying things from my childhood and younger adult years that I am still actively working through.
PIN FOR LATER 📌

But somewhere along the way I made a decision to start looking forward instead. Forward to what I can achieve, who I can become, and what my life actually gets to look like from here.
Positivity journaling is one of the things that has helped me do that, and I mean really helped, not in a toxic positivity, good vibes only kind of way, but in a quiet, grounding, this is actually working kind of way.
These 60 prompts are the ones I keep coming back to. Gratitude, self-love, goals, and moving forward.
Pick one and start there.
